Join the Collective

A global community for people and organisations who believe culture, inclusion, and human dignity belong at the core of business.

What is the Collective

The Collective is a global storytelling and culture-think community. A space for people shaping the future of work to make sense of what’s changing, and what it means for their teams, organisations, and industries.

It’s part learning space, part insight engine, part culture lab. A community built on curiosity, reflection, bold ideas, honest conversation, and shared progress.

We explore work through people: behaviour, belonging, power, inclusion, leadership, and lived experience, with candour, humanity, and global perspective.

Frequently

Asked Questions

Who can join the Collective?

Any organisation or practitioner shaping culture, people experience, learning, inclusion, or organisational change. You don’t need a certain job title — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn and share.

Both. Many people join through their organisation and bring colleagues in. Others join individually to connect with a wider community. Each tier includes a set number of internal team seats.

Every tier gives you access to learning, community, and insight. Higher tiers expand your access to capability-building sessions, tools, culture labs, the SHIFT programme, festival tickets, and deeper organisational involvement.

You’re not alone here. Many members join because they need a community of peers who understand the weight, pace, and emotional load of this work.

Membership runs for 12 months. You can upgrade at any time if your team needs deeper involvement or more seats.

You can join using either method. Most organisations choose invoice so they can add a PO or process it through their finance team. Card payments are also available if you prefer a faster checkout. Whatever works for your internal process is fine.

Yes. Organisations often have different financial cycles. We can align your start date with your team’s needs.

Yes. All virtual sessions (aside from Chatham House conversations) are recorded and added to the Member Portal.

A mix of global brands, public sector teams, scale-ups, creative organisations, financial services, media, and purpose-led companies. Anyone committed to shaping culture is welcome.

Yes. Connected+ and Champion tiers are designed specifically for multi-team and multi-region access.

Absolutely. Teams often start in one tier and move up as their needs grow or more colleagues get involved.

We bring together culture, inclusion, leadership, learning, and organisational change — in one place. And we do it through global storytelling, practical tools, shared intelligence, and honest conversation. No performance. No jargon. No competition.

Sponsorship and speaking are separate from membership. Champion members can explore partnership opportunities, but nothing is automatically bundled.

Yes. You can attend certain open sessions or events throughout the year to get a feel for the space.

Completely. Members join from multiple regions and sectors. Sessions are scheduled to include Europe, US, and global audiences where possible.
